Turkish-German University Teacher Training Program Has Begun

The Teacher Training Program, planned and designed within the Turkish-German University Distance Education Application and Research Center, aims to provide faculty members and instructors at our university with the competencies required in the digital age in a way that supports and enhances the learning-teaching process.
The program aims to enable faculty members/instructors at the university to stay abreast of current approaches to the use of technology in education and its role in teaching and learning processes. The training content for educators, planned for asynchronous delivery, comprises five (5) main subject areas and subtopics within these areas.

- Educational Methods and Approaches,
- Communication and Feedback,
- Educational Material Development
- Didactic Competencies
The training sessions, delivered via the Moodle platform at uzem.moodle.tau.edu.tr, will commence on January 18, 2024. UZEM staff will again be on hand to provide support during the training process.
